Woke up in a very up mood very very happy. Normal is depressed. Got up at 5:00 in the morning, was on my son's doorstep at 7:30 in the morning to get cigerettes, Ex was not the happiest to be woken, but said his alarm was set for 5 am. So He should have been up. Early mornings are not the norm unless I have to work a first. So surprise number one. Walked there, surprise number two. Sat and had coffee with him and smoked his ciggs (ha!) then began dancing and pacing back and forth, texting back and forth with hubby on when he was picking me up, all bubbly and HAPPY! And the happy felt so good until I thought about what a down turn it could take. By lunch it was wearing off, grocerie shopping, going downhill but still a bit upbeat for my daughters art show, now that depressed feeling again, but not bad. A little bit of an up and down day. It is funny when you feel suddenly so very happy for no good reason, and wonder is there something wrong with this picture. Hubby said hold on to what you feel now, for when you are down again. Even keel would be nice. a nice steady low level happy would be great.

Hello, Snapdragon928! I can see how you question whether you might be at least "mildly" bipolar. Would you feel comfortable taking a copy of these posts the next time you visit your doctor? The professionals who care for you on a regular basis should be able to sift all the history and factors to determine what's up.
How have you been doing since the 14th-15th?

Depression is better, but still there is depression. And happy elated feeling evaperated. Did finally get to sleep, and slept four hours until time to go to work.
I regularly have sleeping problems, that was a longish section, ended up being 30 hours. I have asked the doc if I could possibly be bipolar, she said I was already on the meds for that. Starting to take the geodon two times a day, like I am supposed to. |
