I've been feeling that way for quite a while. I feel like I don't even know where to start to begin healing and actually getting on with my life. I don't hang around a lot of people because I'm afraid I'd get hurt or they'd think I'm a loser.

Sometimes I feel like I've already given up.

No ~ you CAN'T give up, because this is just a temporary problem.

You are under a therapists care, aren't you? I hope so. If not, please get in touch with someone ~ you need someone to talk to. You need help in healing.

Yes, I've felt like giving up before ~ but I knew that I couldn't do that, so I called someone for help. I knew I couldn't handle it alone. As long as you KNOW that things have gotten too much for you to handle, then it's time to get some help. Please call a good therapist and talk to him/her. This is the time to do it. If I hadn't done it, I'm not sure what would have happened, but i know that I was not in a good place in my head ~ my head is a bad neighborhood and i shouldn't go there alone.

Be good to yourself and call someone. And PLEASE let us know how you're doing. God bless and take care. Hugs, Lee

Hi Mala I know how you feel. I am so afraid of being around people too cause I feel that I don't look like "the world" and I am very shy. I can relate.

Hello, SlatkaMala. Is there something fairly easy you could do to make your day better? For me, it is doing that primes the pump.

Hi Slatka Mala, I understand those feelings. I used to be better at lifting myself up from despair. For reasons I don't understand, it's much harder in the past year. I feel too worn out by the chronicity of problems. I can't muster enough fight. I hope that you find the resources that you need. Please take heart. It really can get better for you. (I should follow my own advice).

i understand that feeling. it can be so overwhelming. yet, sometimes forcing myself to go out and be with others makes it surprisingly better, and staying away makes it worse. just know you are not alone. . .
