if anyone will ever notice me or care about me Ok, maybe it's best not to- I know the answer already

Has anyone ever felt like this and then have someone believe in them and care about them and make them feel worthwhile?

Yes ~ I've always felt invisible. I always felt like if I was with a couple of other people, or even in a group - no one could see me because i don't matter. That I'm not important enough.

My therapist helped me thru that, thankfully. But it took awhile before anyone DID care or notice me. That's probably because I had to learn to care and notice MYSELF. If I didn't care about myself, how is anyone else going to care about me??

So first line of work was learning to like myself and making myself worthy of LOOKING at. Then I had to make sure that I cared for OTHERS. If I didn't care for myself how am I going to care for other people?

It's all a big circle. You have to care for yourself and others in order to be noticed and cared for.

Yes. To your second question--not in recent years.

Only as a child with my grandpa and mom.

I'm with Leed on this one----one must frist learn to love oneself before others will take any notice of them--I mean I found that to be true.

If it helps any--I send you out huggies-----------theo
Thanks for this!
