Hey guys....during my last semester I would feel depressed somedays and somedays not...and I noticed that when I ate yogurt I felt fine during sunny days and clear skied nights (noncloudy nights)...but would feel a little depressed during cloudy days (both day and night)....and then I noticed that when I ate cream cheese I felt fine during cloudy days (both at day and night) but felt a little depressed during sunny days and clear skied nights...so I thought about this Middle-eastern yogurt called Labneh...which is basicaly yogurt which is drained through a cloth to make this soft cheese but its still kinda yogurt....I ate this yesterday and so far I have felt fine both during sunny days and cloudy days...so just thought maybe I can share my story. Wishing you guys all the best.

You can find Labneh at most Middle-eastern or Arab/Turkish grocery stores. But even if you can't get your hands onto it, its very easy to make it at home:
you can make Labneh ( creamy yogurt cheese ) from plain yogurt by using cheese cloth to drain the extra water out of it .just pour the yogurt in the cheesecloth , Bring up the sides and tie them together then place it in colander with a bowl underneath ( keep it in the fridge) and let it drain for a day or until desired spreadable consistency is reached .
Thanks for this!

That's really cool Pyro! Let me know how it turns out and in the mean time I'm going to see if I can get ahold of some Labneth!

Thanks pyro. Sounds like a good source of protein and also those beneficial cultures. I also love halvah... mmmm. I think sesame seeds are high in iron and also a good source of energy. I know the sugar isn't that great, lol. But so tasty...
