Alright, so I don't want to go see a therapist right now because I don't know how long I will stay this happy or what. But I realized, whenever I felt like I was on top of the world, whenever I felt my best, it was right after I was finished singing and dancing in my room.
So, today when I got home from being out, I sang at the top of my lungs to all my favorite and old songs and I danced like there was no tomorrow and I feel SO MUCH BETTER.
I am not saying that it will help me all the time, but it sure helped me today. I am still going to post and write whatever upset me on here because this has become my outlet for allot of my pain. Here I know my thoughts are safe. That my pain is alright and it is okay to cry here.
But, I am still a bit shaky when it comes to large crowds, I am going to see how school goes tomorrow and talk with my guidance person about finishing the school year online. That just might be the better choice for me.
But for right now, I am doing pretty good. I just want it to stay that way.
Thanks for this!

Sounds like a pretty good way to relieve tension.

I wouldn't advise studying online, being around people helps even when you dont talk to them. I did 2 years of uni alone and it was aweful. One of the many things that helped me get where I am today..

Online helps me though. I can't be around people all that much. It just sucks the life out of me.

Congrats! I am very happy singing and dancing works for you. Now that you know you have a great tool to help you manage your mood. It is great to know that YOU, yourself, can do something to change it, isn't it?

As to the online I would be as concerned as Xacatecas. When I started working from home full time, I loved it (ah the glorious freedom, not having to get up so early, drive each day, etc) but in a few months I started changing, all my problems started getting worse, I was getting really unbalanced with my emotions, depression, etc. Now I have a roommate, we talk, we go for walks together, and I visit friends, and it helped to stabilize me.

If you decide to study online, please consider making arrangements so you have regular human contact with people, even if it is just one or two trusted friends or family members.

I sing in my car when I'm going to work or wherever at the top of my lungs and don't care if people see me. It's my own personal concert and it feels great! My husband never understands when I don't want to talk to him on the phone in the car. That is my music time!

Can't advise on the online thing. Don't like big crowds anymore, but go to work around a lot of people. I'm so much better online or texting. I hate to talk on the phone. I'm not great at being social. But I can deal if I have to. You have to do what is right for you though. As long as you can get your education and are healthy!

Dancing always makes me feel better, I think it has kept me sane for years. Hate the idea of online learning, even though people anoy me when I'm fed up, I'm much worse when on my own for too long.

Oh i hate being around people too, but social skills do die if they aren't used - even if it just lying through your teeth and saying good morning when it is anything but
Thanks for this!
