Well, I did it again.

I baker acted myself so I wouldn't do anything stupid. Last Wed, I had some major suicidal thoughts, I even devised a plan, But before anything got out of hand, I had the wherewithawl to go to the ER and ask to be baker acted so I don't do anything. I got back on my meds, (I was off for 3 weeks) and got Wellbutrin added to help with the Paxil. I feel so much better, and now have a support system in place. I got a social worker who really is trying to get me into some programs. So all in all I've been locked up from Wed, - Saturday.... very glad I was there and not somewhere else.
Thanks for this!

I'm glad that you're okay, and that you were able to get the help you needed.

I don't know you, I'm new here but my heart felt so heavy when I read your words. I'm sorry for the pain you've gone through, I can relate to feeling this close to needing it to stop. I'm there now. Lots of love and good feelings to you.
