I just feel like some pill-popping loser. Can't do anything right, especially today; everything was wrong today.

I definitely can relate to having that kind of day,I have lots of them, but I always find something good about the day,as best I can, even as simple as I have the ability to move, you did do something right by the way, you came here and talked about it got it out of your head that in itself is great and shows u r not a loser. Have a better day.
Thanks for this!

Hello, Umbral_Seraph! I'm sorry you had an everything-wrong day, and sorrier its events inflamed feelings of self-loathing.

To what extent were the problems of that day genuinely due to you? [I'm one to ask...I feel responsible for everything that goes on around me regardless of my span of control.]

My test score really got to me. It turns out that a bunch of assignment I subbmitted electronically weren't graded because I hadn't turned in a physical copy.

My physical health hasn't been real good the past couple of days, so that doesn't help.

Today I managed to waste a bunch of my time because I missread an email.

Why does everyone give me the "you're an idiot" look?

Are you sure everyone is doing that? Are you transferring your current self-concept onto the faces of those you meet?
Thanks for this!
