I feel so so depressed today, I can't even muster a small smile. I'm not sure why I'm so depressed today. I feel very numb. I haven't had a shower in 3 days, and not sure why. Well the obvious, but I just feel like it's fine. I'm just so lonely today. Raining and windy outside. I just turned on pandora radio, and tuned to my Lifting Spirits station, hoping this will help. Music, usually helps, but sometimes it doesn't either.

Hello, ChandlerT660! Depressed and lonely with weather to match. I hope the music is working.

How often do your moods correspond with the weather?

my moods don't really go with the weather... unless its cloudy and rainy for long periods of time.

Can you think of the main root to being so down? Usually, when I try to really think of the problem (I know it can be hard, and sometimes it seems like there isn't one) It makes it easier to find a way to help it. HUGS

I'll have to try the Jazz. Maybe it will work better than House.
