Hey AngelPromise,

You don't want to give up!! You are letting Depression win and I know you have it in you to fight it away like you have done before.

If you wanna talk we are hear to listen

Hello, AngelPromise!

Wanting to give up is part of living with severe depression. I wish it weren't so.

When I'm really low or even emotionally paralyzed, I just live as slowly as I need to get through it. I hope your situation allows you to care for yourself as necessary.

Whenever you have the energy to post, we'd like to hear how you're doing.

That's a terrible feeling and we've all been there. It's just so damned hard sometimes. But you can get through this and things can get better.

I don't know you so you may have answered this elsewhere but are you getting professional help for your depression?

Hang in there and be patient with yourself! Depression can be overwhelming. Just take it one day at a time. Don't give up!

AngelPromise, glad to hear you're still hangin' in. It is hard but you know, one day at a time.
