that's my life...try to change and wind up worse than where I started...no one IRL gets it...life is too demanding and I have no energy...sorry...just really sad lately...can't seem to shake it

I hope you are doing better now than you were this morning, CSC. It is tough not to have people IRL that you can talk to. I have been trying to be strong, but I finally broke down yesterday and told my wife how I've been feeling. It seemed to help. I hope you can find someone to talk to. I hope you can stay safe and be gentle with yourself. I'm resisting the urge to criticize myself for not feeling as good as I think I should.

When do you see your T next?

Is there one thing you can do today, something simple that you have put off but can successfully do, to make your life better? Doing something can give you a sense of accomplishment and challlenges the thought you are powerless.
