Hey Guys,
I don't know if this is what you would call depression but here it goes. I am happy person have never even experienced any signs of depression. But when I go to work I'll be working and sometimes it will come upon me and it is like I want to start crying and I get real depressed. One thing at work is that I do not really like my co-workers but there is one there who I am a really good friend with and I work with him most often. All I can think about is that I want to be home, and the thing is I have a job most people would love to have. What do you guys think? Other than work I am pretty content person.

Have you felt that way at any other jobs? It sounds to me like you probably need to find a job that suits you better and that you can enjoy.

I Had The Exact Same Problem At School, Now I Have Live Quite Depressed. Try Going To A Councellor Or Therapist, Maybe Quit Your Job If You Have To. Also It Could Be Stress? Go Home And Lie Down, Think Of Some Kind Of Happy Place? And Also Breathe Deeply.

I know work makes my anxiety/depression escalate. Do you enjoy your job and it's just the environment that is getting you down, or is there something more?
