eff it. eff everything. keep feeling like i am gonna explode. envisioning myself getting up and punching walls , throwing things, breaking things, havent done anything yet but feel so effing close to the edge

Krisakira, you really deserve a good explosion. I wonder if there's a way for you to have the explosion you deserve and perhaps need with no one -- especially you -- getting hurt?

mmm...you need one of those stuffed dolls figures that you can smash against the walls and take out everything on. They were a big rage a few years ago and I think they served a real purpose. Hope you can find a substitute! Pillows don't quite cut it--you can't get a real grab on them and just pound away.
