The last few days I have been in a fog. I don't know how else to describe it other than I feel like I'm being pushed down by some invisible force. I am very sluggish, very tired, very out of it. Sometimes I will just stare into space for awhile and then wonder what the heck is going on.

I feel like this has something to do with my depression but I really don't understand it.

Good description! For me it's impossible to tease apart the effects of the medications from the effects of the underlying depression.
