welcome to PC. I think you will find many supportive people here. I'm sorry to hear that you have been depressed for so long and hope you are able to find the support you need.

Calandra26, have you ever been able to talk to family or other friends about how deeply this loss affects you? Do you have access to a counselor?

have you ever gave breifment counselling ago ?. its a long time to be depressed and you owe it to yourself (no1 else) to get better so you can be happy again. im only new on this 2 but i find talking out loud hard but posting how i feel really helps because no1 knows who you are and no1 here judges you.
