My3sns, I regret that what "should" be a refreshing time is a challenge for you. How to improvise a Safe Place...?

Hmmm... In several months I'm scheduled to travel outside my accustomed surroundings. I'm going to have to interact with flesh-and-blood people.

I think I'll need a portable hidey-hole...

I hate when that happens. When you try to go out and do something you think will make you happy and it fails! I feel for you. Try your best to enjoy yourself, though. Even if that means going out alone to reflect. It may help.
Thanks for this!
