Well,I managed to get up and go to work, so that was a success. I also went to the gym during my lunch. I am very tired, I didn't sleep much last night. There is so much to be done, but I'm trying very hard not to let it weigh so heavy on me. I am very grateful to have found this group of people who know the struggle of daily living and are there to listen!

I'm really glad to hear you were able to fight back and even get to the gym . Exercise is good medicine.
