For a few days now I've felt even worse than I think I ever have.
Mostly because my boyfriend was going to kill himself.
There is so much going on in my head right now, to the point I have no idea what to think or do anymore.
A lot was reveled to me the night before he was going to, too much to take in in a few days.
I'm still really struggling with so much right now, and that made everything worse, for both of us.
I guess he's feeling better. (Something made him act like that.)
But he has no idea how I feel.
I'm afraid to tell him because he'll just say "well how do you think I feel?"
Or just not know what to say.
I want to go to the doctor, stay in the hospital, something.
I feel very unstable.
I need help...

I answered you once, and it got lost in cyber space. I hope 2 posts don't show up.

Anyway -- please call your doctor ASAP -- and get in to see him. He can help you with this by either referring you to a good therapist or by putting you on an antidepressant --- or BOTH. But you should be seen.

Let us know what happens, ok? And remember that you're never alone! There is always someone here who will talk to you. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee
Thanks for this!

maybe this relationship isnt what u need right now.

his feelings are getting u feeling worse and u've enuff to cope with. hes feeling so low he cant think how you feel which isnt his fault but u need as much support as he does and he cant give it. just focus on yourself for awhile
Thanks for this!

Next time I go to the doctor, (which is next time my skin acts up, its weird. lol)
I was going to confront my doctor about it.
Usually, at times, my anxiety is worse than my depression, and most of the time it's what causes my depression..
I know I need meds. Even just talking isnt doing anything anymore.

Hi again ~ I don't know what issues you have with your skin acting up, but that could be caused by your anxiety/depression! Many people have problems with their skin when they're emotionally upset. It's worth talking to your doctor about. Maybe you can kill 2 birds with one stone! LOL
Thanks for this!
