lately ive just been feeling really depressed and sad.. and whatnot. ive been taking a lot of depression quizzes online.. and they all point towards moderate - severe depression(ive been taking them over the course of 3 weeks, and generally stay around the same scoring area)

was wondering if anyone knows what steps i should be taking next

I suggest getting to a psychiatrist and a therapist. The p-doc can help you stabilize your mood with medication and the T will help with getting you coping techniques (at least that's what I would ask to start out with).

It can take some time if medications are prescribed for them to get working, so you'll also need to commit to yourself to keep working at this.

Yea i agree you should prob go to your doc print out the results your getting from the quiz as well so she can see them. I use the quiz now to keep track of my depresssion
