Evidently, the therapists that you saw were not very effective! Sometimes we have to see a few frogs before we find a prince of a therapist. Keep looking for a good one -- talk to people who have had therapy and see who they went to. Get a referral from your doctor -- he should know who is good.

You really should talk to someone -- and as soon as possible. Please make the call -- you're WORTH it !!!

Take care of YOU & God bless. Hugs, Lee

How many medical doctors have examined you? Mood disorders can exist on their own, but sometimes they accompany other illnesses. My experience: professionals interpreting all my symptoms in the light of a depression diagnosis delayed the discovery of an autoimmune disorder.

You may be dealing with depression and something else, too.

If you exercise, eat healthy, think positive and find the right medication it can go a long way to getting rid of your depression.... That's my experience with getting rid of depression.
