nothin is gttn rid of my depression i stoppd drnkn nd doin drugs ages ago stil depressed. i gt up in the mornins, i eat i do things during the day, i try to tink positive nothin is wrkn nd im gttn really bad again. im always depressd. jus findn it hard to cope it wont go away

my friends have dessertd me now. im on my own the hole time. i gt the odd msg from them but they wouldnt call up or ne ting. im on my own ive no1 to tlk to. im fed up nd might not be gttn bac into college this year because i tink i faild my repeats so ill deff be on my own then no job no future nothin

Maybe your brain is still off balance from the drugs. Particular drugs cause you to have neurotransmitter imbalances once you stop.

Also sometimes drug users had an underlying mental illness before they started using the drugs.
