Dear Clouds--I was miserable for almost 10 years. Life was so painful. I never thought I would ever feel happy again. Two days ago I went over my past for the umpteenth time, sifted through some very painful memories and discovered something that has helped me. There might even be light at the end of the tunnel. So please don't give up.

clouds and sun, BOY can I relate! For some reason the last few days have been a downer, I don't get it? I thought I was doing so good last week, then WAM! Please hang in I need someone to chat with!

Dear Clouds and Sun...
I was feeling so very down last night..much like you were...I went on line with a therapist and she helped very much even though she didn't know me very well.. At the end, she told me that I was "cherished"...even though I don't know it and don't feel it. Somehow, it resonated... I've "read" you and "heard" you before...you have a wonderful heart. You are "cherished". I hope you hear that too. I will simply pass it along and pay it forward today...it is a wonderful thing to hear..and to say. Best of all, I mean it. Hey doll, I've been down that road before. I dont know how maytimes I've cut and tried to end it all. But you have to believe that it will all turn out okay some day. Hell, My parents wont even let me see/have any contact with my boyfriend who means the world to me, but I just have to keep in mind that when I'm 18 it will all be fine... Thats how I personally try to make it through everyday... plus I take ProZac (: that helps. Doll, don't let anyone tell you diffrent you are beautiful <3

don't give up, don't quit. i know it's hard because im in the same boat as you. last night i went to bed and fell asleep crying but then got up and decided it was time to speak up about how im feeling, maybe im not ready to share how i feel with my family just yet but instead i joined this site for support. so don't worry you're not the only one, you're not alone. and its not your fault so hang in there, god knows that im trying with every beat of my heart
