Has anyone here have sleep apnea and depression? Does the treatment help improve the symptoms? I just found out I have mild sleep apnea so I hope this will help me feel not so tired and sad all the time.

I don't, but I heard that the two can indeed interact with each other, so treatment for sleep apnea may in fact improve your mood. I hope it does.

My thinking is that since sleep apnea can leave you chronically tired and unrested daily, this can exacerbate feelings of depression. In that way they are definitely related.
