I am tired all the time. Not normal tired but I can't keep my eyes open. No matter how much sleep I get or who I'm with or where I am I'm always extremely tired. I have no motivation to do anything.

Hi ~ I think if I were you, I'd make sure my health was ok -- perhaps have a physical and/or talk with your doctor about this.

If he finds that you're ok, then I think I'd consider depression -- perhaps your doc will pick up on this, and prescribe an antidepressant. Also it would be a good idea to see a therapist, and find out what is actually bothering you.

I know the feeling well -- I've been depressed all of my life, and when you're depressed, you ARE tired and have no motivation. I wish you the very best -- take care of yourself. God bless. Hugs, Lee

I took 3 naps yesterday plus 4 hours of sleep at night. I find I do this when I am avoiding things I don't want to do or sometimes I am just plain tired. I have sleep apnea and been thru 3 sleep studies. I use the cpap machine so I know I'm not waking up gasping for breath all night. I just can't seem to sleep more than 3-4 hours at a time, thus the naps. The only thing that helps is pot for a good night sleep. But that isn't on the medicinal marijuana list.

I also sleep a lot. Of course I usually work nights (I'm not working right now). I seem to always sleep until 2 or 3pm. But I don't go to bed until 2am. I am pretty sure I have sleep apnea and I snore so I'm sure that's why I never feel rested. Also, not having any obligations to get up for, keeps me in bed.
