do we have a choice? I'm not going to give up, hopefully unless my brain totally stops functioning again. Meds do help... but this is not how I want to live my life. And therapy is triggering some stuff...

Dammit Hazeleyes...I know we don't have a choice...well, we do and don't Right?
yeah T triggers tons of gunk for me too and then I quesiton what is better just totally avoiding people and life or dealing w/ this all head on and having residual affects. |

so, what you're saying is you're also thinking about if therapy actually is helping, or if it's really just making things worse??? That's what I think at times... but T says that's the way to heal...

One thing that I struggle with is; that I think everyone will let you down at the end, some way or the other... It might even be my own fault... (usually is).. oh boy, I'm such a victim at times... but working on it.
