if others find that being ignored (and basically treated like a piece of ****) makes their depression worse.

We're so self judgemental, aren't we? And when others seem to echo that view it can turn a bad day into a horrible day.

sigh

(not about pc)

just when i let me on being hard on me, and i am beginning to see some positives, then it seems someone is critical, or feels the need to tell me how to do something. i find home better than other places, because i just get crap (at times) from one person.

Sorry about this, Fuzzybear. Yes, being treated badly does nothing good for my depression.

Hmmm...? Have you run into someone who has built their own little social mini-fiefdom? People like that can be highly defensive of their self-defined "territory."

Wishing you a way out, around, or through...

((((Fuzzybear)))).

I'm sorry you're having such a negative experience with someone.
Yes, to answer your question, it does make my depression worse, too. I know we shouldn't rely too much on what other people think or how they behave towards us, as they do not define us, but it still affects us emotionally quite often, doesn't it?

I hope things are improving!!

Hugs from Shadow-world

I feel that way, yes.

For example some moments at work today, or random comments from other people in hallways and such, or things like that. It really hurts me more than perhaps it should

(((((( fuzzy))))))

always here for a pm if you want to talk *hugs*
