ive been feeling better up till like 30 mins ago..... my b/f said something that hit my like a ton a brick landing on my chest...... out of all the ppl i need right i wanted his support...... but oh well i guess... back to feeling rotten again

 it's hard not to feel upset when someone says something that hurts us. sometimes we have to try to be more resilient. it's not easy and i'm saying this as someone who used to be very fragile. so don't think i don't understand. have you tried talking to him about what he said that hurt you? it may have been untintentional. hope you're feeling better soon. please don't feel rotten.
