Okay so heres my simple and boring story. I have as of latley been in the dumps for little to know reason. I appear to be happy in front of people but in the inside I'm hollow. I have aqaintances but no real friends. And my boyfriend who I really cared for dumped me a while ago and I asked him back out and he said pretty much that I was ugly and not worth being with. Seeing him thrive in relationships tears me apart when I can't even get into one myself. And to make it worse I know I'm not ugly and I even have people tell me I'm pretty but why would I be struggling to find someone that would like me and I would like back. I still havnt had my first kiss and I think that's slowy picking at me too. And I have problems as of latley with family. I have never felt so alone and I just want feed back. Thanks.
Sincerely,
Me

I am sorry that ur feeling low at this point. You will find some one who understands u and cares for u sooner or later. Forget about ur old boyfriend, probably he did not deserve you. You did not mention how old you are. try to speak to a therapist.

You sound quite depressed -- and sometimes when we feel like that, we project those feelings on everyone else. They may feel that we're too "sad" to hang around with, or that we make THEM sad. It's difficult because we don't WANT to feel like that, but we can't help it.

You need to talk to someone -- you don't say your age, but I suspect you're a young person. Can you talk to your parents about getting you some therapy? Or perhaps talk to your medical doctor -- he might be able to help.

You can try the school counselors too -- they'd be happy to talk to you. It's worth a try. I've been depressed since I was a child, and have had to take an antidepressant for years! I've also been thru therapy all thru my life. Keep telling your parents that you are depressed, and need to talk to someone. God bless & take care. Hugs, Lee

Your old boyfriend is a jerk, sounds like he is not worth your time and energy. You will find someone. I have been depressed since i was a child too. I have been on antidepressants for 15 years now. I know you feel horrible now, but it does pass. These feelings won't last forever although it might feel that way. I would try to find an adult you can confide in.
