i am depressed. Lately, the sadness comes over me in a wave of chills. Does anyone experience this? Is there anything i can do? I have also been diagnosed with sz but i havent been psychotic in nearly two years.

I get hot...like my anxiety going up or my blood pressure.....suddenly I am sweating. Its a pain let me tell you and it runins my hair........Oh, and then I might get a chill after that.......its bothersome!
