For the past few years/months (which ever it is) I just never want to get out of bed. I know what I need to get done.... I just don't get up. Any Ideas of how to get myself out of bed????? I want to get things done but, at the same time my bed is just to comfortable. What can I try?

try putting an alarmclock far enough away from your bed that you have to walk over to turn it off. also make the setting on it loud, so you cant just ignore it.
once you are up. head to the bathroom and force your self to splash cold water on your face. its good for your skin and wakes you up!

I always have the alarm clock set. If I feel too tired in the morning to get up, I set it for an hour or two later. That way, the noise will get me up and I almost always get up after that second alarm goes off.

Something else that works for me is I will get up as usual in the morning, telling myself that if I REALLY feel tired later I can take a nap. So I go about my day as usual, getting things done, and if I later feel the need to sleep, I take a nap (setting the alarm clock for about 2 hours later). That way, I feel like I've gotten stuff done, AND extra sleep!

Put something you really want by your alarm clock. ex. when i went through my alcohalicism period of my life i would but a shot of vodka next to my alarm clock, but now i drink responsibly so i put the alarm clock on my mini fridge in my room and every morning i have milk a red bull and a vitamin water.
