I am glued to my couch today on this website. I have been working in my self asteem workbook while watching the show addicted. I have been isolated all day which is very common. I do go to therapy, I've been to a support group, I'm in college, employed, and on medications. I wish I could just get some spirit and want to be this energetic go getter, but thats just not me. so here i sit....still. its been about 6 hrs.

And that's OK. You, me, the vast majority are bombarded with messages that being in constant motion is the only way to live. It isn't. For some of us, it can't be.
