Maybe you could write one about... not being afraid of posting something that might need to be said and how that doesn't limit your caring, and how sometimes you draw back a nub but it really doesn't hurt (physically) at all? hehehe

That was so touching Time0. Thank you for posting it. So hard sometimes to let those words absorb into our hearts and minds when we hurt. Glad we got friends here to help us remember though. What a blessing all of you are! Love you!

what a fantastic poem time0. i have learnt (the hard way) that aside from making me feel miserable, focusing on myself and how bad i was feeling all the time made me feel worse and worse. once i started taking a greater interest in the world around me i got a lot healthier. didn't mean to launch into a speech. it's just that your poem really spoke to me.

I have reliased that there is times I can't find anything to help myself get out of a deep pit so I focus on others and try to give them a bit of hope and by doing this "when I help others" , I help myself at the same time. It does really help me out.

Can't help but think you wrote this with me in mind. I know! When depression gets the best of us, we think "it's all about ME."
Also, I know you've been where I am now. For some reason, MY advise to YOU isn't working for me. You must give me your secret! Emotional hurts don't heal as quickly as physical pain. We can't just rub away the pain like we could if someone had slapped us in the face.  It's loving, gentle people like you, Time0, that heal emotional pain, sometimes without even knowing it. You're one of a kind, Beautiful Lady!

Geeeeeaaaaaaaa z zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz does this really work.. coz I cant seem to change the way I look at myself. and i cant seem to change myself either . its getting unbearable....... I jsut sit around and don't participate in life so Y bother being alive? How do you get out of the bed when you jsut seem to keep being pulled magically back to it.......... to lay there, doing nothing, when there is a BIG world out htere .......... There are a million things I could do in life and where am I ... here ........... what a waste of a life ............... its a beautiful day outside and I cant get off my butt to do anything..... I'm not sick, there is nothing wrong with me........ I have a friend who is in a wheelchair and I think ... My God HE WOULD GIVE ANYThING TO JUST BE ABle TO TAKE A WALK ...... I feel I'm blessed and here I waste it |
