Hello, Ariesmars
 I don't know you at all, but before I sign off to think about some things, I just wanted to say that you will get through this. That sounds so trite. Life is all we really have. May as well have it, no matter how bad it is. All those billions of years of natural programming. Survive... live... keep breathing. And things will get better if you just stay. Or, you know... if you really feel that way out, try putting it off in the same way as AA prescribe. Is it really important right at this minute? May as well stay for this minute, this hour, this day. And then soon, you'll be thinking: "I'm glad I survived that bit." I don't know if any of that is helping... ((((Ariesmars)))) We really need a cup of tea smiley...

my parents. father mainly made a comment 20mins ago. something like, docs/therapists just tell me what i want to hear and not telling me the truth. meaning from parents they are normal and nothing wrong with them and everything is my fault, i hear things; not super sentivity hearing, im lazy and dont help out; not i purposely dont do things cause they cant, so i cant, im the one who is mentally f**ked; not that i suffer a head injury. regardless they are going away tomorrow so i figure...time to go 'home' nobody cares about me anyway.
