Last week I had to call pdoc about my depression worsening and he upped a med. i had to schedule an appointment in a week or two. So I see him tomorrow and I am soooo nervous about it.i feel alt better, although also stupid for having to call. Its just gonna be awkward I think. Though i dont know why. My anxiety is terrible lately and i dont wanna talk to him bout it but i wiil. Might as well make the most of the money i spend there. Just getting this out.

It is going to feel awkward because you are feeling anxious. It is natural to feel anxious when seeing a pdoc. I try to remember that pdoc has seen way worse than me so it wont be so bad. But yes, make sure to talk about everything, thats what he is there for, get your money's worth.

Absolutely! You're the customer, he's the "mechanic."
