Hi Melissa D,

I can really relate. Depression and total exhaustion have gone hand-in-hand for me. Sometimes I'd stop at the bottom of a flight of stairs and look up and they'd seem more like 40 flights. I'd be like, "Really? I have to climb those?"
Ugh.
Anyway, I have found meds to help with the tiredness a little (well, aside from today ). I pestered my pdoc endlessly asking for something that could keep me awake and alert. If you can't shake the tiredness maybe you could ask your pdoc about it?
Sending supportive thoughts your way.

Elana
