I know my posts are all over the place @ times.
Some days I am extremely LOW....some days I am fronting the mask and pretending as if my life is normal like the woman in front of me at the traffic light in her shiney new car with all smiles and beautiful face and skinny body....
Then somedays I actually FEEL GOOD.
I am sure I am not the only one out there going through these phases of the depression that wreaks havoc on our lives.
I am sure we all are going through life looking for the "magic cure", the "miracle of all miracles" to rally us back to a better life.
I am giving a little more in each session...and each time those small doses of giving up what goes on in my crazy mind helps and in return I get small doses of improvement.
Of course, taking Vitamin C will help too huh....LOL
Keep it working...keep fighting...keep being.

Improvement comes in small doses and sometimes requires vitamin C
Wow, great post! So positive. It's great to hear that you are having better days. Stay with those small improvements, they'll add up. Take care.

Oh the subject line is so true! Thank you, I needed reinforcement of that truth. T tells me I'm making progress. To me, I still end up in the same place, so what does it matter how far along the tracks I am? Grrrr

I am glad you are feeling a little better.
