If I've been having withdrawal inbetween doses, anyway, does that affect how quickly I can taper off this stuff? Symptoms are not bothersome, except for mild anxiety.

It seems harsh to say you're having withdrawal between doses....isn't that what happens with anxiety meds?....you're calm when they're working and anxious when they wear off...that's why it's called an anxiety disorder.
If it's bothersome, perhaps clonazepam may work better as it has a more gradual start and stopping effect. At least you can get things under control when you take them and perhaps taper off them slowly once you're settled in your mind a little better. |

I'm afraid it is contributing to my depression and I want to stop it. |
