Can you schedule a session with your T if you have one, to talk it over? Or call a friend?

don't hold back, they've heard it all before. don't be afraid to tell them what scares you. I used to be afraid to share everything and I wasn't very optimistic treatment would help so it took a lot longer than it needed to and I didn't get as much help as I could have. now I'm on my own without a therapist. If you feel like you have a good therapist take advantage of it while you can.

I agree with Marla's post - don't hold back. Things change; we have to understand what is bothering us and the source in order to face the fears, if they be real or not.

Your original post reminded me of something I need to talk about Wed. with my therapist!! Good Luck.
