It doesn't matter what day it is, where I am, or if I'm surrounded by people, I still can't escape the feeling of loneliness. Having agoraphobia makes it hard to live a normal life and having maladaptive daydreaming disorder makes it easy to escape this reality. Everytime I post it's always the same story. I feel like im stuck in quicksand and i need help getting out.....I need to help myself. I have to be the one to change, but I don't know how.

I totally understand. I have realized that I'll never feel like I belong anywhere. I just.want to crawl in a hole and disappear. No one would notice anyhow. I hate the holidays, reminds me of just how much I DON'T have anyone. Yay!
