Depreciation is when something is reduced in value. It can affect a person mentally because when someone is depreciated they are made to feel worthless & invaluable. Unless a person has a higher opinion of their-self & know their worth it can really feel degrading. Sometimes when people tell you something about yourself over & over, you really start to think that maybe that person is right. So it can be rough to deal with especially when there is so much negativity.

Are you in a situation where you are feeling degraded by someone?
