*trying to ignore the above vent as requested*

Hello, Feary! It's December. This is a trying month for many here. Do you have a... a... a strategy for keeping yourself safe during these difficult days?

Hi feary.

I belief you have tried very hard to loose your weight. But I truly belief anyone can loose fatcells in the long-term if they use the right fatloss method/system.

Can you tell a bit about what you did to try to lose your bodyfat? What exercise did you do? How was your diet? And how long did you do this?

The foundation of a fatloss program is good nutrition: wholesome, natural, healthy foods, all well balanced (balanced fat/protein/carbs). Added to that you need exercise (about 3 to 5 times per week for 30 to 1 hour).

If you're overweight it will take between 1 to 2 years to loose it.

Please tell me some more about why fatloss burning hasn't worked for you? I know quite a lot about fitness, and maybe I can help you along.
