I was trying on a strapless dress and I unconsiously went out of my room and my mother saw my scars and she started crying, I went in the bathroom and she tried to get in and I slapped her. I feel TERIBBLE! I didn't want to do it I apologized but still...and I feel so awful they found out. My mother started crying! I want to get a train and get lost! I hate my life :'(

Your mother's tears are a vey positive sign. They mean she knows what the scars are and she knows what you are going through.
I speculate that she feels helpless and ashamed.

Yes, your mother crying is actually a good sign--means she cares. Yes, it would be good to open up to her. Let her in.

I too agree with sharing with your parents. Mybe they will understand and help you. If you can let us know how it goes.

well I told her that I don't really want to talk about it cause I feel so...awkward...and since then we haven't talked about it...I haven't even done it cause I want to go to my school's dance and I already have enough scars I don't know how to hide..It's very hard not to do it but I guess it's a good thing I don't...thank you all for answering!
