Is it normal to have 7 other people that live with you and love you, but you still feel like no one wants to be around you and that you are alone and unloved? I know my kids want to be around me but sometimes my mood swings put me in such a mood that no one wants to be around me. My husband has even told me just to leave because he doesn't want to be around me and that he doesn't know what's a matter with me.

Sounds like depression is pushing hard to get in-between you and your family. It can do this but the fact that you can see this is good. You have somewhere to fight from. Take your posts to a doctor, have them help you. If you think that anyone around you will understand let them in. Our biggest problem with our illness is understanding. I hope you feel better soon. Try to have a good new year.

It's our untreated normal, aprillr85. depressedalaskan's idea to take your printed-out posts to your doctor is a great suggestion. S/he can refer you to someone who can get you on the road to recovery.

Tell your husband kids you're not well but will be getting better. Happy New Year!
