i can't take it anymore

it will never get better. it's all pointless.life is just not for me
why keep fighting? it doesn't get me anywhere.y

I don't know what your isssues are..but am so sorry you feel this way and believe me, I can so relate to that hopeless feeling. Sometimes I sleep for ages when I'm that down, it helps till the next time anyway. What a way to live, isn't it?

i know how you feel. i have been there. but i never gave up. finally with the right meds and therapy i did get better. I never dreamed it could happen. i was so hopeless and suffered the deepest darkest suicidal depressions,but i have been depression free for three years now, the last one without antidepressants. it can get better, i promise.

doesnt' mattera nymore. it won't get better, it never does, it's just one thing after another. and the hole just gets deep erand deeper

Whenwillitend, you felt relatively decent on Christmas despite many things, yes? Did something specific happen to bring you down, or did depression just appear again as has happened often in the past?

lots of stuff going on....don't want to deal with anything anymore.... just want out

Maybe you need to redefine "better". For me, the intensity and stuff... it does not get "better". But one can learn to live with it better and handle themselves better.

Look for good omens. They are out there.

i know what u mean. life sucks. even if we do get out of this hole, it will come back - it always does. life's a never ending torture. we all must have something really terrible in a past life. i guesss i was a really horrible person... maybe i tortured ppl, or maybe i was a serial killer - it had to have been something really terrible to deserve such a hell in this life.

it feels like a series of giant potholes in the road, doens't it? you climb out of one just to fal into the next one.
