Go ahead and vent, this is the only place I can get a lot of relief. I spew my struggles and anxieties and try to find people I can relate to because sometime I don't feel validated in my disorders. This is a safe place where you will not be judged but loved by many and believe me or not your vent can help others just as much as you!

Me too. I'm 22 and never been more depressed in my life. You can pm me if you ever want to talk about anything at all even little things.
