Hey DarkAsylum,

Can you talk to someone in real life? Is there anything in particular that is making you feel this way?
Thanks for this!

Theres Ella's husband . he listens to us and helps us
But we don't have anyone professional to help us because we cant afford it and we don't trust therapists

Mainly because we are dealing with flashbacks and bad dream of our past
we just cant cope with them so well ...we had therapy at one point and it just made it worse ...and we didnt talk just stared at the floor.

Hmmm..... do you have any friends that you trust who you can talk to?

Where do you live is there not a group you can turn to in times of support?
Thanks for this!

Hello Rei,

Perhaps you could find some activities you enjoy doing to distract yourself until the urge passes? Remember that the urge doesn't last forever! Some things I like to do are exercise, take the dog for a walk, use the internet, read, write, watch TV, and take a long, hot bath. Your list is probably different. You don't even need to necessarily like the distracting activity...as long as it's healthy and works for you, that's what matters.

And of course, please keep posting here when you need to express yourself. We are here to listen.

Mostly we are online, reading or watching tv/dvd
But its online where we spend most of our time on other forums etc
We can find distraction on the forum and it helps talking to people

Hello Rei, I am on the low as well. I guess what we should try to do is what has been said in our threads. Some days it is just so hard. I wish you well keep posting if you can.

We ended up cutting tonight , want to do more .
I cant do this anymore.
Ella's husband is really supportive and all
He tries to help and talk with us what is going on
But he always comes out with the same thing that su wont help us
We know that , but maybe we are beyond help
