do you ever remember at time in your life that you really enjoyed doing something that was fun, or interesting? I find it helps me if I can immerse myself in something that I really get into mentally or physically. give yourself permission to have some fun, or take some time out to do something that is interesting to you.

"i cant help myself no matter what i do", it's for people like you that psychologists were created. You just need help to get your behavior adjusted and your life straightened out.

I think what you need is some inspiration. And trust me, I know how hard that can be to find. Find something stress relieving that you absolutely love to do. If you are having a hard time finding something that you have a passion for, I suggest just getting daily exercise (as exercise releases endorphins, a natural chemical in your body which improves your mood). Perhaps find something that allows you to be creative and focused. I personally paint, listen to music, and ride my horse when I'm feeling upset. And you wont always be able to do your hobby when you're upset, but it will help a lot with your daily stresses and pain because you are releasing most of it through something you love. Hope I helped!

What is your favorite color? When is the last time you got something that was in your favorite color just because it is your favorite color?
