We all know that there are a vareity of physical symptoms that are associated with depression. Sometimes it seems really challenging to make even the simplest change, to head in the right direction. So I guess my question is what are your symptoms, and how do you deal with them?

Maybe we can get a good list going here..

with the not wanting to keep clean we have Ella's husband who reminds us and helps us to be clean.
Ella's husband also wake us up when we have slept to much
We dont really deal with it so well we leave it in Ella's husbands hands
