Can you use some distractions for a while to take your mind off whatever it is that has made you feel this way?

i dont know what made me feel liket his. i just feel....done. i have no energy left, cant do any distractions. takes too much effort.

Sorry you are feeling like this i understand. the pain feels to much to bare some times
