I'm depressed over something religious but I won't go into details. I can't eat much and I was panicking last night. What can I do to cheer myself up? I am crying right now. Seriously I do feel depressed. I couldn't sleep well too. I felt depressed when my boyfriend had to go to sleep. I don't want to be alone, I need someone to be with me and to talk to me.

Hello happycheeks. Please remember that each emotion has a beginning, a middle, and an end. How you are currently feeling, will not last forever. One moment at a time, you will get through this.

What was your favorite cartoon as a child? Think of stuff like that...call a friend text a friend......compliment yourself even if you don't believe it...read something random....watch comedy central...pm someone on here :-) smile anyway

Hope you feel better!

lol I can't recommend Comedy Central right now. The comic on right now isn't very funny.

But I agree with what's said. Do something, anything, positive that'll take your mind off this. And of course, if you want to talk about this, we are all here, and we'll do what we can to help.

EDIT: Comic just changed, so Comedy Central is a go!

Hello

I'm fine now. Soon, I have to fill in a application form for volunteering.
Thanks for this!
