The best therapy you have had with depression/anxiety?

Talk therapy / psychodynamics has worked best for me. I have had cognitive therapy, transactional analysis and other forms of therapy. Also, I've had drug therapy which helped a little initially but, as things got more complex, kept my emotions in check but did not result in an improved life.
Thanks for this!

In my 20's I was in group therapy for 7 years! It really changed my life a lot. I like interaction, so being in a group and working with group dynamics etc.. really helped me grow. It also helped my self esteem a lot to be accepted unconditionally when I had never had that experience before, it was slow progress but very worthwhile.
Thanks for this!
